- Administration of all mandatory filing requirements, including the preparation and development of the documents and agreements required in order to undertake a condominium sales program
- Administration and execution of all sales procedures and relevant documents
- Preparation of condominium conversion budgets and financial statements
- Negotiation of interim financing for conversion upgrades and the preparation of mortgage financing and insurance programs
- Supervision of all in-unit upgrades which are required within the parameters of the condominium conversion process
- Analysis of marketing data, subsequent development of initial price levels, marketing materials and advertising programs and the administration of all marketing functions
- Coordination of the turnover of condominium units from the tenants to the new owners and the provision of all aspects of transitional management services.
