Tabitha Dean joined Shelter Canadian Properties Limited in 2001 as a Commercial Property Manager. Tabitha is responsible for all aspects of operational management for a diverse portfolio of office and commercial space, including marketing, leasing, budgeting, management of maintenance and service contracts and supervision of tenant improvements.
Prior to joining Shelter, Tabitha held a variety of positions with other companies, including General Manager of Journey's End Resort in Belize, Central America and Commercial Property Manager for Bachman Property Management Inc.
Tabitha completed the Real Property Administrator courses with BOMA and the Real Estate Brokers course. Tabitha also obtained a Legal Assistant Diploma from Herzing Career College.
